Penny Mordaunt

Penelope Mary Mordaunt, commonly known as Penny Mordaunt, is a prominent British Conservative Party figure. She has represented Portsmouth North as a Member of Parliament since 2010. In 2019, she was appointed Secretary of State for Defence, a role in which she continues to serve. Before this, between 2017 and 2019, she held the position of Secretary of State for International Development. Mordaunt's political career is marked by her significant contributions to both national security and international development policies.
