While enjoying a sandwich in the countryside, George encounters an unusual creature that snatches his food. In an attempt to shoo it away, he ends up getting sprayed with a foul-smelling liquid. The Man explains to George that the animal was a skunk, which sprays as a defense mechanism. Meanwhile, Bill discovers the skunk has made its home under his porch and decides to block its entrance. This forces the skunk to take refuge in the basket George and the Man brought along, inadvertently resulting in them bringing the skunk back to the city.
