Life on a Stick

S01E01 Pilot

We are introduced to Laz and Fred, two best friends navigating life after high school, uncertain about their futures. They land jobs at a mall food court, specifically at the underwhelming "Yippee, Hot Dogs," managed by the quirky Mr. Hut. Here, Laz encounters Lily, the girl he’s been dreaming about. In a bid to stay rent-free at home, Laz strikes a deal with his dad, Rick, and stepmom, Michelle, which involves looking after his rebellious stepsister, Molly. Completing their family dynamic is Gus, the 9-year-old golden child of Rick and Michelle, who garners all their attention.
