Thony, a resourceful Cambodian physician, faces financial hardship as an undocumented immigrant in the U.S., where she came from the Philippines to find medical care for her sick son. After she inadvertently witnesses a murder, Thony cleans up the crime scene to ensure her own survival. This leads her to adopt a dangerous double life, working as a cleaner for a criminal organization while desperately taking any measures necessary to secure her son's health and well-being.
