S01E01 Canadian Boreal Forest

Northern Canada's Boreal forest is an expansive wilderness that extends from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean. It's a habitat for moose and beavers, filled with rivers and lakes, and remains free of frost for merely three months each year. Les purposefully tips his canoe while in the water, scrambling out of the frigid river onto the bank. Once on shore, he swiftly checks his supplies: a few cashews, some beef jerky, a single match, a multi-tool, and 50 pounds of camera gear to capture his seven-day adventure in the wild.
