After finishing medical school, a newly graduated doctor struggles to find employment and is drowning in debt. To help manage his student loans, he chooses to enter the world of therapy, setting up his practice in his parents' garage. He begins seeing clients that he finds through Craigslist, hoping to alleviate his financial woes while gaining experience.
