Israel, originally from Mexico, and his English partner Tara invested £150,000 into their stylish cafe bar, D-Place, featuring an extensive menu of fusion dishes. They believed they had discovered the perfect recipe for success: a lively atmosphere, great music, exceptional service, and delicious food—all at affordable prices. However, things took a turn for the worse. Initially, the first two years were thriving, and Israel expanded to five businesses. Yet, just three years later, all but D-Place have vanished, leaving it barely afloat. Now, the situation is a complete disaster. The staff are in conflict, the food is subpar, patrons have dwindled, and the restaurant is bleeding money. With the owners desperate for a solution, Gordon steps in to tackle the chaos. Can he restore order and save everyone’s jobs during what promises to be the longest week of his career?
