S04E04 Heli Crawl and Flag Grab; Maggoty Madness; Head on Pipe Ramp
In the first challenge, contestants must crawl beneath a helicopter skit, navigate a rope strung between two skits, then crawl down the second skit before plunging into the water below. Along the way, they need to collect flags—two from the first skit, one from the rope, and three from the second skit. The two fastest men and women to gather the most flags will move on, while the others face elimination. Next, in Maggoty Madness, contestants will immerse themselves in a tank of cod liver oil to retrieve cow hooves, which they must then drop into a box filled with maggots. For each hoof they successfully transfer, they'll gain a mouthful of maggots to spit onto a scale. The three who can transfer the heaviest total in two minutes will advance to the finals, while the rest are eliminated. Finally, in the Head on Pipe Ramp challenge, contestants will race a car directly toward another vehicle equipped with a pipe ramp.
