Pauly catches Bobo in a compromising moment with a transvestite and uses it to blackmail him into giving him a holiday. He heads to Rome to visit his cousin Luigi. Luigi texts Pauly that he owns a Ferrari, but it's actually a scooter. He claims to live in a huge apartment, but it's tiny, and says he owns a nightclub when he's just a bouncer. After gypsies rob Pauly of all his money, Luigi gets him a job at a local pizzeria run by Momo. Pauly then has to deal with crazy Roman traffic, horny elderly customers, and the mafia.
